Maybe you listen to this on Tuesday instead of on Monday.

Maybe you listen to this later, and this has already happened happened and now I'm talking about the past.

But whatever the case is in the space time continuum and the way in which your mind is engaging with certain moments that have been plotted in reality and space,

my book is out. My new book, Brave New You You is out in the world. It's pretty wild how fast time has gone by.

You know, I remember a year, more than a year ago, just thinking that, all right, well, I still have a year until

it comes out, but here we are.

Here we are.

So, you know, I'm really excited about it. I can't wait to get it out for you to be able to get it in your hands.

You know, I have a copy in my hands right here. You can, that's the sound of the yeah that's it that's the sound of it my friend

that's the sound of it but you know I'm excited but why am I excited for you to have it?

That's a good question.

It's not just because I want to sell books.

Of course I do want to do that. But why I'm excited about it is because I know

the information that's in there and I know that everything that I wrote in that book, it is, it's real, it works because
