| 1:20.4 | you're full. You don't really know when your satiety mechanism kicks in. You tend to overeat. |
| 1:26.2 | They don't give you that deep satisfaction and |
| 1:28.8 | that actual fullness where you're not hungry. And those of you that do eat more animal-based |
| 1:34.2 | or carnivore, you eat a lot of steak and meat and eggs. When you're done eating, you're just full. |
| 1:38.7 | You don't need more food. But when you have these ultra-processed foods, you tend to not trigger that mechanism |
