I want to discuss an interesting topic because over the weekend on Swole Text, I always ask members for a question or what are they focusing on, what are they struggling with?

asked me a question. And someone asked what's something that you struggle with that's not

fitness related. And it gave me pause in the sense that a lot of things that popped up

were fitness related, but not so much that there is a

specific thing because we all struggle with things.

And aside from the details of what I would personally answer, the most important concept

I came back with is everything that I think about is fitness related.

And I think that's fundamentally an issue with how many people in this world in this country

separate one from the other.

Fitness related means the gym, your training.

Personal relationships isn't considered fitness or stress, maybe other kinds of stress

or something that you're thinking about isn't fitness related.

I think it's all the same thing.

So fitness is pretty much your capacity and your ability, your capability to do things physically, mentally.

Everything that you do is your fitness, whether it's your time management, whether it's your

psychological ability to manage stress outside stressors, whether it's your physical training,

whether it's your recovery.
