Hello and Happy New Year everybody! Welcome to this first episode of 2023 of the cine files,

and we're doing it live. We're doing it live here. Good live! On the cine files and having a lot of fun.

We're going to talk about the state of cinema coming out of 2022 into 2023, what we can expect,

how we feel about 2022 win, and we've got some incredible guests who are going to be joining us as

what have that conversation as we go along throughout the show, and we've got some big announcements

coming about the show in 2023 and what we're going to be covering, what we're going to be talking about

this week coming up and also future episodes where we're coming down the pike for us in 2023.

But first let's introduce ourselves. I am the outlaw John Rokin joined as always by the man over

there Steve Morris, one one half of the cine files. How are you Steve? I'm good and it was far I guess

am I the right half of the cine files and you are the left half? I don't know if I want to do that

in this political climate, so I'm just saying. Oh that's a good point. Just one half regardless

of direction is what I would say. We did a live show for the for Star Trek for the Enterprise

Incident yesterday and there were a bunch of people that were very upset that I was on your side

of the camera that I was on the left side and they're like no no Steve Morris is supposed to be

on the right side. This is now. Wow. Yeah. He's serious stuff man. Hey lighten up Francis,

Jesus Christ. You're just be happy that they're on the screen at all the people you like are on

the screen at all, but yeah there you go. Steve how are you feeling? How was your new years?
