Hello, my friend.

Welcome to a fresh new episode of new mindset who this thank you for listening.

As always, thank you for supporting me, just a guy on the internet who you come to for

mindfulness content.

That's pretty cool.

You know, I always say that I do the podcast as my own form of therapy and it's just so

cool to see you all sharing and commenting and DMing me about the episodes that I release.

It really is a wild thing to realize that no matter if we do feel disconnected or alone

in the world, we really do relate to each other more than we think.

There really is a common human experience that sometimes we're unaware of.

Like I really love that fact that you have course sometimes we feel lonely, sometimes

we feel we're the only person going through what we're going through, we're the only

person in the world who doesn't know what the heck they're doing.

But let me tell you, you know, if you had the perspective I do from doing the podcast

for three years, I think you'd have a sense of peace and calm knowing that you're really

never alone.
