You try to buy at least one or two homes a year.

So as a friend of mine, she was like, I like this townhome, but I'm going to sell it. I said, look, you go with me. You're going to say 5 to 6% realtor fees. You don't need to look the finger. You know how clothes. There's no contingencies. I'll be the inspector. I wasn't chopping at the bit for it. I told her the whole time, I want to make sure you're happy with where you're at.

I taught for seven years. I did third grade and sixth grade.

Here near Raleigh, North Carolina. I grew up in Benson, North Carolina, small town.
