Jennifer, for folks listening who haven't heard of you before,

can you tell us a little bit about your story, your bio, all the interesting tidbits about you?

Sure. My name is Jennifer Williams. I created Pop Haseek in Los Angeles.

Our first studio is opened about eight years ago in LA in the neighborhood of Silver Lake.

We then expanded probably about a year later, we started our second studio and then from there,

I don't know how many, so many locations in LA.

And then we have two in New York City, we have two in San Francisco.

Okay.

So I started it really from the perspective of first wanting something in somewhere to work out that spoke to me.

I had been a professional ballet dancer my whole life. I had kids really young, so I stopped dancing.

I taught Pilates, I taught ballet.

But I had never lived in the world of going to the gym or that type of workout.
