I've got this illusion running in my head. It's like, oh, I tripped, I fell, the dot, the dot, he said, I said.

So what it's me the event in the past or the event right here right now going on in my head? What is upsetting me? If I were to be really honest with myself, what is really upsetting me then or what I'm seeing in my mind's eye now. It's really a beautiful thing to understand the cause of suffering is what we're thinking

and believing in any given moment.
