What's up, buddy? What's up? My testosterone, because I just had my pheredrox this morning, so feeling good. Anyway, so let's get straight into this. So, first of

all, for the listeners out there who have no idea who you are, they're probably living

with you, can you give us a little bit of your background in regards to your physical and

professional background? Sure, yeah. My name is Alex Viata. I run a company called Complete Human Performance.

Personally, we do what we call, what we were one of the first shops out there to do real

hybrid training, concurrent training, strengthen endurance.

And over the years, we've evolved from focusing on just everything from general population,

moving over to military populations,

and actually working with a lot of more ultra-endurance and extreme athletes.

My personal background comes from a strength background, more of a powerlifting background,
