Welcome to this week's Squiggly Career Podcast. I'm Helen Tupper, one of the co-founders of Amazing If, and I'm here as ever with Sarah Ellis, the other co-founder.

So Amazing If has been running as a business for about five years.

It's our five year anniversary this year. We're very proud. And our mission, I hope we're going to

And I won't. So maybe we'll have a big birthday party, the birthday edition of the podcast,

one to think on. But our mission in all of those five years has been to help develop their

skills so that people can succeed in what we call a squiggly career. And a squiggly career is something

that we know a lot of people find quite challenging.

And a swiglin career is really what a lot of us are dealing with now.

It's one that has got lots of change.

We're often now moving from industry to industry, company to company.

We're staying in jobs for a shorter time than before.

We're also just sort of doing lots of different job styles.

There's freelance, part time,

you know, lots of people are doing different things, starting their own businesses, and all of that makes up a squiggly career. And squiggly careers are great because they've got loads of

opportunity in them, but they can also be a bit daunting if you've not got some of the skills to help

you to succeed in them. And that's what we're all about.

We're all about giving people practical help and advice to help you to succeed in a squiggly
