12 weeks of interactive coaching designed to help you steward your life, multiply your business God's way, and CREATE MORE PEACE to MAKE MORE MONEY!!

This week we're talking about efficiency and it's effects on your life! And spoiler alert... it's not always positive.

I recently came across the quote "A need for efficiency keeps me from accessing feelings." This is about us speeding for life. And I totally get it. Efficiency is incredibly important to me. Getting things done in a quick and easy way is how I prefer to do things.

When all of us are in that "to-do list" mode and just trying to get things done we forget our feelings.

I want to go over three ways you can really practice gratitude. When we focus on gratitude it can affect all areas of our lives. We all have so much to be grateful for! This is not a comparison game.

  1. Sit down and think about all the things you're grateful for. Pick a spot that brings you peace and let your mind go through the things you are thankful for and appreciate them.

  2. Get in nature. There is something powerful about reconnecting with nature and enjoying what God has for you. Just being in nature is special and focusing on the things around you will ground you.

  3. Write down 5 things you are grateful for each day. It can be a quick bulleted list or you can go as deep as you want. This is something you should enjoy! Even if it feels uncomfortable at first it is SO worth it!

I hope you take the time to incorporate these gratitude practices into your daily life!

I'm SO glad you're joining me on this journey of finding your self-worth. Your support means everything to me! Please subscribe, rate, and review the podcast to help us grow this message and serve more people!

doubt, debt, and distractions. I also know you're a

leader who doesn't avoid hard things. So ready or not, let's intentionally live a life of peace,

0:47.5

profits, and most importantly, purpose. I can't wait to see you walking in worth.

a need for efficiency keeps me from accessing feelings. Okay if you listen to last week's episode

1:24.8

we talked about how letting the feelings go.

1:27.6

Like, stop avoiding the feelings, have a good cry.

1:30.3

But this particularly, it came from it.

1:33.3

I love following all things Enugram, like learning about that, learning about myself.

1:38.5

I'm personally a one with a really strong nine wing.

1:41.5

I love learning the dynamics of like, for example, a one, when they are in health,

1:46.4

they tend to take on the healthy characteristics of a seven, which is my husband, which is very

carefree and fun. And I can be pretty fun when I'm doing good. And then I tend to take on, in stressful situations, I tend to take on the negative aspects

of a four, which is kind of really wanting to be unique and individual.

2:11.0

I can't even talk today, but, you know, sappy movies, sad music, just being sitting in the feelings for a long time. So
