I'm going to read for you a swall text from a member, and then we're going to get into it.

My progress is a bit slow, but I'm still going. I was unable to do anything for four days through the weekend

due to a personal issue, but once I felt better, I went right to it. It's only day two, and I will

most likely repeat week one from the 90-day dash program for a few weeks. My mood is a lot better,

but I still have a lot of work to do. And I have my focus on the elimination diet.

I'm still trying to figure out what to eat that doesn't irritate my gut.

I'm way off on my goals, but I'm doing my best to stay on track.

So we're going to break this down because there's a lot here.

And what's really, what really caught my eye, so to speak, with this message, I already replied and we had a good conversation.

Let's break it down piece by piece. First part, my progress

is a bit slow. Straight up, progress is always going to be slow. You're not always going to make

leaps and bounds. Sometimes you're going to take two or three steps at a time. Sometimes you're going

to have to go back one or two. Sometimes you're going to stay on the same one for a little bit.

So progress is going to be slow, even if you're doing everything right. So for me,

personally, when I make progress, it might feel like you're hitting a wall over and over again.

I'm just going to give you a personal anecdote the other day or a week or two, a week ago, there's

this one machine where it's super heavy.
