Summary

We discuss why people tend to avoid conversations about race with somebody who doesn't look like them, and why the key to allowing others to be seen, heard, and valued lies in having these important conversations. Celeste shares why you may not always say the right thing, but understanding and accepting this will enable you to learn from these exchanges and go forward with more power and compassion.
