What's going on, Beaches? Welcome to the Daily Soul podcast, episode 388. It is Saturday, October the 19th. And today, we are talking about magnesium and vitamin D. So in a bunch of conversations, magnesium and vitamin D have come up. And I know we've been talking about this a little bit lately on the Daily Show and even

last weekend. I believe we covered some of the stuff because we talk about sleep a lot.

Now, magnesium often comes up in place of sleep because that's one of the times personally.

Now, I'm just speaking from personal experience, but that's just one of the times upon which I take magnesium is before bed.

I take about 500 to 500 milligrams to a gram.

And I use the powdered magnesium glycinate.

So I cannot overstate. And that's why this episode is so important. I really want to put my thumb on

magnesium. Because I take extra in the morning. It's a part of my electrolyte product. The Redmond hydration, magnesium malate, magnesium glycinate is part of it, but I add more because I don't think there's enough in there. So I have some extra in the morning. I have it around when I work out. I have it maybe before a meal. If I'm eating something, I'll have it at night. You're not going to overdose on magnesium.
