But it's impossible for us not to have a conversation around being a woman in leadership without talking about being a mom, because a lot of us are moms.

And I like to call a mommy minister. I used to call myself a mommy minister or a stay-at-home model. Either of those work for me.

But I became, I was a minister and a mom,

and I want to have a conversation around that.

I think that we need to talk more about that.

We need to elevate that.

We need to give more information. It's just more complicated than it ever has been.
