Yeah. Last week we recorded Wednesday Wednesday I'm all thrown off I am too a little bit yeah uh one of before we started recording we got a little bit not a little bit

we got really sad news uh someone we know from the community um trigger warning

unalive themselves and uh it's really sad yeah very sad very young that part sucks yeah um

if you are young and listening if you're any age in listening

but especially if you're young i promise it gets better like there's always shit moments and

shit weeks and shit months um but it does it gets so much better for the most part

better than this situation especially i feel like i don't know it's i mean it's not our

decision to make and it's also not our decision to say like you know that they they could

have stuck it out and did better because obviously they felt like they couldn't so it's just so

heartbreaking that yeah no I was just speaking of um you know as you get older you have more

resources available to you as far as being able to leave or move or meet different people.

And you get to build your own family or community.

And not that that would have changed anything, but, you know, I just wish things could have went different for him, man.

For sure.

It's really sad.
