default is to focus on parenting as the priority and if you almost switch that mindset although

it's so important but to make sure that you always focus on your relationship first it won't fall

behind so I think that is just something really powerful to think about and a good way to keep the

relationship thriving especially during the first couple of years of parenting it's hard.
