Probably, oh, jeez, that's a good question. I haven't thought about it. I guess just my eating habits, I don't know.

So how would you describe like the last couple of weeks like what's been the routine

what's the nutrition looking like? Well I've been doing the intermittent fasting and then

I'm doing the dairy free and basically a paleo style but with you know I have a few like healthier

snacks. I have a few healthier snacks that I have everything

you know processed in a sense.

So like, not clusters or,

so they have some like honey and stuff like that and them or some

coconut clusters too. They're all I mean they're all organic and all that and

healthier than like other like bars I was eating and stuff like that.

So yeah, I just don't I guess I'm just questioning whether or not I'm doing okay or not.

Well, okay, that's a good question. So it sounds to me like like the last phase has been better than what it was before as far as like you're making better choices would you agree with that?
