0:45.4	muppet like like or an embert. It's real. It's real spooky. I think we're going to release it as

1:04.4	really scary. It's so weird. All right. Anyway, so we're going to replicate some of it right now.
1:14.8	The cocktail of the week this week is the Empress Collins. Wow. It's made into Tom Collins variant.
1:23.1	Tom Collins with Empress Jin. So it's actually exactly a Tom Collins just with a specific kind of
1:28.2	gin. Now you have to explain what Tom Collins is and say how this varies. Almost like I did that
1:33.2	already. The Tom Collins is gin lemon juice simple syrup and then top with club soda. It's a summer
1:40.6	drink. It's deliciously fruity and sweet. We've had a number of Collins's as cocktails of the week
1:47.5	before, but never a Tom Collins. And then I made it with Empress Jin. So it's called the Empress
1:53.9	Collins. And what's special about Empress Jin? Empress Jin is purple. So good. It is infused with
1:59.6	butterfly pea flower, which is the flower of the butterfly pea plant, which is also purple.
2:06.2	But the exciting thing about it is that it's kind of bluish purple when it's in the bottle.
2:11.0	And if it mixes with an acid, it turns like pink. And what kind of things are acids?
2:17.0	Lemon juice. Oh, interesting. So the Tom call or the Empress Collins is like a beautiful
