Tyler, today's guest is someone who I feel like you are almost the same person just in a different industry.

Yeah, I, uh, looking at what he was doing,

there were a lot of similarities and thenatable to me.

And then speaking to him in his mindset

and his outlook definitely was very relatable to me.

We have plenty of guests on them. I'm like, yeah, I like them. I connected with them, but I did feel that a lot of what he feels, a lot of what he's doing is something that I could implement and have implemented and it's just a very similar mindset.

So it was a good conversation.

I've just been thinking a lot lately about really spending more of my time and effort

advocating for the smaller owner-operators and not preaching that we need to make these massive

changes and ensuring that the

smaller operations are profitable and don't have to kill themselves to make a

living and Eric who is in the design world architecture, or at least that's where he started, has

found a way to monetize what he's doing and create an entire business model with that being you know the

architecture field being the impetus for what he's doing but that I wouldn't

say that that's that definitely is not his main source of income now, but it's all based around that.

So yeah, really, really neat guy, really neat conversation and I appreciate all his insight and just his angle and

perspective on things that is definitely very unique.
