yoga. A couple things. Do not assume that chair yoga is only for people that are injured.

It's also for those of you that may have mobility issues. Maybe you are obese and you have trouble getting up and down off the ground.

And also, if you work at a desk job, chair yoga can give you a great idea as to how to work

on your mobility, even if you are sedentary on a regular basis.

Even if you can do normal yoga, you lift weights, you don't have any physical impairments,
