Greetings, people, loved by God. So, you remember last time we wrapped up chapter 37 of Genesis.

With Joseph stripped and in the pit and Rubin apparently away,

the brother set down to eat and then spy to caravan heading their way. Judah points out that if they

just kill their brother or leave him to die in the pit, there's no profit for them. But if they

sell him to the Ishmaelite or Midianite travelers,

then they get some money out of the deal.
