Chris, Robert, thank you so very much for joining us. We are currently in a construction

zone. Yeah, we are. A demolition zone to actually more like it. Yes, your sister is getting

all kinds of demo work done. Oh, yeah. This place is like the bathroom, open air, open

concept, dick in the wind. Yeah, that's a new thing. It's an open concept bathroom. Just

fucking shatter. I mean, we're obviously all going to pee in there. One of us, Chris,

we might have to actually go shit in there. Oh, I hope so. The same. Oh, I mean, you just

have to keep it a wary eye out in case somebody goes in the up to the door. Hey, you can

shut the door, but there's an open fucking wall. So it's irrelevant. Yeah, that's true.

That is true. All right. Well, speaking of demolition and remodeling and removing things

and moving on to new places, we are getting ourselves a new studio. We have a new studio.

Fancy pants. We do. We are not in there yet. We will be moving there eventually, depending

on the series, how it's going to work. Basically what we're going to do is we're going to

finish off. Start us a ranch here in our current studio in Rob's sister's basement. Thank

you. Go for let us stay here. We appreciate that. After that, we'll be moving to our new location

in that process. We will have a week off. So we're announcing it now. We're not quite sure

when, but there will be a week off coming up while we move everything there. There will
