interesting series and it's actually something that all of you guys have asked for.

It's something that you guys have asked for. It's something that you guys when we

surveyed everybody. The main topic you want to talk about was friendship, female

friendship, adult friendships, and so we're calling this whole series the art of adult

friendships and we're breaking it down so the first week we talked about well the five

things that are sabotaging your social life we've really pulled that apart and then last week we talked

about the five truths you need to actually have great healthy adult friendships and

then this week we're gonna do a Q&A some of the questions that you guys posted on our socials and you were like,

we want to know the answers to these things when it comes to friendship,

and we want to get those answered for you.

So we're really glad that you're here.
