Hey everyone, Vancouver Radio, episode number 302. So, 301, I said that there would be a couple of

micro-podcast, short ones coming your way and this is the first of them. We did this a while ago and it was

unmanageable with my time but now I can do it and my co-host Tom will be helping me out with this.

about nutrition, research, personal development, just basically exploring the world of nutrition and human performance in a geekier level.

about how I am developing personally. Now I believe that personal

development is really important in everyone's lives because we I feel I genuinely feel we're

designed to grow we need to grow as people physically mentally emotionally

and we'll always go through shifts where we're learning different things.

I think this is one of the things that I see the personal training industry actually suffer with

is that we feel we should be developing in the

same places all the time. So let's say you train to become a personal trainer or you

do the same in any career, you focus on your discipline skill so you focus your learning on

personal training you learn more about movement you learn more about how to

train people rep ranges sets all that kind of stuff and that's brilliant

that's really good and you need that you need your grounded expertise in your kind of

specialty your career path but you also need to broaden that skill set to

help a lot of people so I trained to become a nutritionist trainer,
