flowing right now. Episode 300. By the way, this comes out Thursday, but Sunday is our five-year

anniversary, 20 million downloads, listen in over 100 countries, and 300 episodes.

So before we even get into Gately, Alex, how are you feeling when I say that out loud?

I'm shocked, honestly.

I'm trying to think which of those numbers I am the most surprised by.

300 episodes, five-year anniversary next Monday, 100 plus countries, 20 million plus downloads. Who the hell are we?

What is happening? How is that even a real sentence that we're saying, I got to say, I'm just,

I'm proud of us. I'm honored that people continually want to hear from us and grow with us and

be a part of what we're putting out in the universe and that we're continuing to evolve in your five with 30 minute Thursday. So I'm just proud. I'm honored. I'm grateful, especially me, like being a nobody regular person. What an absolute dream that this has been. And good for us. Good for us, honestly. It's hard sometimes to sit back and just be proud and take it all

in. But this should be a moment that we're proud about. And I'll tell you, it's just like everywhere I go at this point, if there are big crowds and I do get stopped. Trading secrets always comes up. It's amazing. I was at the Buffalo Sabres game. I mean, heartbreaker, unbelievable. I might be the issue. I was also thinking about this numbers wise. I'd like to know how many fans of the

secrets. I was thinking about it. When I was there, someone came up to me and they were like,

I've never listened to your podcast. I listened to it because of Kyle Cook. I watched Summerhouse

religiously. And what you did on that

episode, the way that you guys were able to bring to light so much confusion and mislabeling and

things that we don't get to see on Bravo was so incredible. And I shared it to all my friends.
