You are not alone. You have a team on the other side that is willing to help you.

And if you lean into that fear, you will not feel alone.

And in the darkest moments of my life, and I've had them, I have said, what what's going on?

Not and sometimes not so eloquently. Yeah, talk to your guides.

Like you would talk to anybody else, feel the emotion in the moment.

But I think what it would it lends to is that you will get your answer.

You might not like it. It might be tough. It doesn't make it go away.
