I hadn't checked the mail for a while and there was multiple notes in the letterbox.

But this time they had become quite different to the previous notes.

And they were asking things like whether they could sleep in my bed, which when I found out later, it was more for my daughters.

So they asked if they could sleep in the bed.

Ed would we meet them down the bottom of the stairs at 9 p.m. at night?

So then I actually started to get worried.

So I've got two cute, beautiful at that time, 17-year-old girls,

and this person obviously had a fascination with them.

a mother educator and survivor

whose life was upended

after two terrifying stalking ordeals.

One stalker,

a stranger from her son's football club,

escalated to death threats

and even tried to run over her child.

The other, a neighbor left disturbing notes, watched her daughters and repeatedly trespassed.

With little support from the justice system, Roe was left to protect her children, fight in court,

and push for reform in Australia's stocking laws.
