My name is Greg Clunis and in this episode we are talking about how to ask for help.

This has been a question I've received pretty constantly actually in the last like year.

Pretty much all of 2018, you guys have been reaching out to me asking me, hey Greg, when

should I ask for help on something?

How do I do it? What is the best approach? How do I do it without sort of alienating the people around me and making them feel bad if they can't help me or anything like that? And I found that it is a massive struggle for me as well.

It's a massive, massive issue for me as well. It's something that I struggle with

with my own relationship. You know, I struggle to ask Rachel for help when I need it and

she's amazing in that she can sort of intuit those things and step in but when she doesn't I struggle to ask for help when I could really use it.

I struggle with my family. I struggle with my friends.

And what this does if you aren't able to do it is it creates this scenario where you end up sort of resenting the people around you because you feel like you need help from them.

You feel like you need that support from them and they're just not giving it to you, but it's your fault. You're're not asking you're not making it known what
