unsettling time while moderating worry, overwhelm, and anxiety. We conducted an

attitude survey of our community during the last couple of weeks.

We asked which emotions people are feeling, leading the list was worrying anxiety, of course,

and feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, followed by feeling sad or

depressed and feeling lonely. Some respondents, believe it or not, felt calm

acceptance or relief at the lack of daily stress. Chief concerns among

1:46.4

adults with ADHD were managing their emotional state, managing unstructured time,

1:51.8

and managing medication, especially for those with comorbid conditions like anxiety or depression.
