Welcome back. So before diving into today's content,

just a little bit of housekeeping.

Episode 30 is a nice round complete number, so I thought this could be a good time to pause

momentarily and resume new episodes on May 16th. I like to think of my flow with the podcast as something like a train. Trains keep

moving but even trains have stations that they stop at.

So I am allowing myself to breathe for a moment

to make space for something that I am launching.

In the meantime, you can learn more about that

in the weekly newsletter, which is finally launching this coming Monday.

Make sure to subscribe to that to keep yourself up to date with all things you are here the

podcast as well as what's going on with me and what I am launching. So again that is May 16th where new

episodes will resume of the podcast. So today as you can see from the title this is a best of episode. I've never done one of these and I thought it might be fun to kind of take a look back at some of the episodes. Now that there are 30 episodes out, while 29 I suppose without

including this one, there has just been so much content out there and sometimes I'll even find myself listening back on specific

older episodes and just getting re-inspired by the guests that have come on.

Obviously since I was the one in conversation I remember for the most part which episode struck a chord with me and which

guests said what but you likely are not quite as familiar so I wanted to do a little mini compilation of some of the advice that guests have imparted on on the show.

And if you've been a consistent listener, you've likely noticed that I generally ask some variation to the question of what is the one piece of advice you would give someone going through a transition or pivot in their lives.
