Hello everyone. Welcome back to another episode of Real Talk with Rachel Autry.

I am your host, Rachel, and I am excited to help you delight in life and find joy right

where you are, starting with 30 things that I've learned in 30 years. Listen, I have not figured out life by any

means. I really haven't. I am learning and growing and failing and succeeding and trying it all

over again repeated every single year. But one of my favorite episodes to release is this one

where I get to just sit down and spill 30 things I've learned

in 30 years or last year, 29 things I learned in 29 years. That really gives me a space

to brain dump the things that I am so grateful that I knew and I learned this year,

whether through a fun way or a hard way, that I maybe didn't know before,

or maybe haven't, like, fully committed to or admitted to myself before. So I'm so pumped
