I walked to the park.

16 days in the house and I was like, I need to go outside and get a walk.

I need some movement.

I need to any blood flow.

So I walked to the park for about five minutes. And there were so many people biking and jogging and huffing and puffing all over the place that I turned right around and came home.

One of the things I've found, because we go on a couple, couple, two, three bike rides a week is that different people have very different ideas of what the four meters is because we're bad at metric in the U.S.

So like my idea of four meters being based in science and reality is about 12 or 13,

about 15 or 16 feet.

Most people's idea of four meters is like two arm lengths away, which is not sufficient

for social distancing guidelines in my world.

I think you should just do what Mike Micah does and stay in the basement.

That's what I do.
