So I decided to kind of do a Halloween theme for you guys today.

And I wanted to talk about the mask we wear, particularly like our social mask, the image we put on in social situations in front of other people.

And part of what kind of got my mind spinning about this was a review that a listener actually left that I loved.

She a shout out is from Alligator 2005.

She said, I first thought this was kind of cheesy.

I mean, no one is this peppy, am I right?

But I have fallen in love with it.

And it has helped me through some really tough times.
