Spencer Matthews here and I am back in the Global Studio, having crashed back down to Earth from the incredible challenge that I will always remember as being one of the best and interesting

moments of my life. Just a quick thank you really for all the love and support, the incredible

messages, the donations to Globals make some noise. Honestly, it's been a really humbling and

heartwarming experience. you know, feeling like

you're all with me on that journey. Honestly, really helped keep us going and, and, you know,

you're in the forefront of my mind in some of the darker, longer runs, you know, when time just

felt like it was going a bit slower. and I kind of felt like I needed that

support um so thanks a lot I mean 30 consecutive desert marathons in 30 days um you know I went

into this challenge with a little bit of doubt um obviously you know it was a fairly

unprecedented uh world record attempt and, you know, nobody

had achieved it before. So, of course, in the back of my mind, there was always the potential

for failure. Every day felt like a bit of a threat. But ultimately, you know, the team, who I love
