I hope they're all well.

Today I successfully ran my 24th marathon.

So about to go to bed to tackle 25 tomorrow.

25 happens to be the Canyon run that I did when I was on the

recky here with Chris Taylor, the one where we got lost and almost trapped. We won't be doing

that again. We will learn from our mistake and actually we're running into it this time from

the back end of it. We won't be climbing down into it. So I'm familiar

with the run. I feel very confident with it. Looking forward to it. It's a very beautiful canyon.

So I feel very privileged to be able to run in such a great place. And just whilst I've got you, had an absolute shocker on marathon 23 it was just hideous

like incredibly hilly over a thousand meters of elevation really really rough kind of loose sand
