Nothing is set in stone.

If you're rolling into the year with fantastic motivation and momentum, like I know a lot of

our great coaching clients are, in other words, you've got listings, you have closings, you are feeling like you're on top of the world. That in itself is not a

guarantee of success for the rest of the year. I assure you that this is going to be an interesting

year and the market in the economy in the country. I mean, we have so many little, I'll give you

a list of things. And I'm not giving these

ideas to you or these things to worry you or to cause fear or to manifest some sort of, like, uncontrollable ego reaction.

I just want you guys to be clear-headed about what we are facing for the rest of this year.
