Oh my God, it's been 25 years this year, Julie.

Think about that.

I know. Welcome to the radio show. Thank you. I think that's like 111,000 years in real estate.

You know, a 25 years, a normal person is different. When you spend some of those in real estate, I always joke with my clients that we may be in our mid-40s,

but we've got oodles and oodles of years and decades of, you know, between coaching calls and sales experience.

So it's kind of fun to think about that way. But we've been in the real estate business and one for another, you know, for more, virtually

all the time we've been married. You know, we bought our first house and we were in college. And we should have kept that bad boy.

We shouldn't have sold that one back to your kid.

But yeah, I mean, so it's interesting.
