I'm your host, Haley Rawl, and I am turning 30.

I love my birthday.

I am very much a birthday person.

I think that making a big fuss out of your birthday is a God-given right that all of us deserve.

It's not only my birthday I love.

I just love birthdays. I think it's so

special to have one day out of the year, or maybe a few days, if you can play it right, where you just

get to celebrate either yourself or your friends or your family. I think birthdays are really fun.

And I think it's sad in adulthood how, I mean, I get it,

right? Once you have so many birthdays, it's not as big of a deal anymore. But I like to try

and really celebrate birthdays of my own and the people in my life. Turning 30 feels like a really big deal for me. I don't know why it feels

like such a big deal. I think it just kind of lined up that way with things going on in my life.

The fact that I'm finally really dedicated to therapy, that I feel like I'm making really big

breakthroughs right now, that I'm just really like reevaluating a lot in my life right now.

And so having this milestone of entering this new decade just feels even bigger and more

important for me and has me thinking a lot and analyzing a lot. And I'm just really excited for it.

I'm really excited to turn 30. I really am.
