Fred Vassar. Fred is new to Ferrari, but he's been in Formula One and top level motorsport

for decades. He ran teams in junior categories which helped loads of young drivers make it to

Formula One, including Louis Hamilton and Charlotte Claire. And when Fred came on the show in 2020,

he remembered working with a young Charles. Charles is the only one that I followed from the

go kart to the F1. Does he have that self-critical nature? Yeah and on this case it was far too much.

Too much. Yeah, with Charles very often I have to ask him to calm down on this to avoid to

say in the radio, I'm stupid, I don't know what's stupid, I did shit, I'm bar-bar-bar, and say okay,

that you can share this kind of feeling with the teams, but take out outside because with the
