Summary

Hello, dear listener! Welcome back to the 30-day authenticity challenge.

On this podcast, I often talk about the importance of being authentic. Of being yourself in every situation, with every person.

So, during the course of these 30 days, we'll do the inner (and outer) work of becoming more authentic and expressing our true selves - without feeling like we need to hide who we are.

Episodes will go out daily until we complete the challenge.

Your task for today, DAY 11, is to reflect on this prompt: what do you feel you would GAIN if you lived as your authentic self? How would your life be improved?

With deep gratitude for your presence, I send you all my love and support as you allow the true You to shine forth.

I want to share with you another email I just received from a listener who was following along and very much doing her inner work with this challenge.

So her name is Talatha. I hope I'm saying that right. And she has graciously allowed me to share her words with you. So this is what Talitha had to say.

authentic self, but fear not to be, a pivot of 180 degrees.

So now I have to stay alert and detect patterns and coping mechanisms as soon as they arise.

For although I understand and appreciate their origin, they only do me harm.

Catch these habits in the act, so to say, and send them on a

for tuning in and for having the courage and the presence to do your inner work and to free yourself

of these patterns and coping mechanisms, as you say, that have been entrenched in you for many

years. This is truly self-liberation work. It is not always easy, but I absolutely love the lightness, the joy, the
