Imperfect Week. We have Riley Brock from Imperfect Foods on. and delete quite a bit of the demand of some of that stuff from Elgin' backyard and

1:26.7

We'll get to this in a bit but a lot of people don't store them properly so they wilt like that and then if farewellilantro, farewell lettuce, farewell kale.

1:35.0

I think in terms of other like more higher resource input stuff,

1:39.0

I will also just say that dairy products get wasted a lot.

1:42.0

A lot of people either buy too much milk or they let it go bad or, you know, they don't store their eggs the right way.

1:47.6

So that's definitely another troubling one. But in terms of your world, definitely anything leafy and green is often dies in the fridge.

1:55.0

It's really interesting that that's the case.

1:57.4

I mean, it kind of stands to reason because they're very water intensive crops.
