| 0:47.9 | mind works. Now, we all have a thinking mind that is obsessed with the idea of me. |

| 0:59.1 | What do people think of me? |
| 1:01.2 | How will this affect me? |
| 1:03.1 | He annoys me, etc. |
| 1:07.2 | And this is going on for all of us. |
| 1:09.9 | And the me mind causes us a tremendous amount of psychological |
| 1:15.5 | suffering. And so if we can learn to relate to the me mind differently, we can reduce that |
| 1:24.3 | suffering. It's not about changing it or stopping these me-obsessed thoughts. |
| 1:30.3 | You're not going to be able to do that, but you can change your relationship to it. |
| 1:34.6 | Because so many people are identified with the me mind, with the voice in the head, |
| 1:39.3 | thinking this is who I am, and it's that identification that causes the problem. |
