Hey guys, welcome back to the podcast this week.

I know we talked about this last week, but truly this is my favorite time of the year,

and I'm sure it's many of your

favorite times of the year as well, because it's a time to refresh and to look back and to ask

yourself questions about what really worked in the last year. What didn't? What do you want to do

better? How do you want to feel? And what are your plans going forward? So I know as many of you

are wrapping up all of your year

and to-does and planning out your beginning of the year goals, dreams, plans, wishes, resolutions,

whatever you want to call it. I want to come back this week with a couple more ideas just to put a

bug in your year. So last week we talked about the best of 22, what worked, what lessons did we learn, right?

Where are things going from here? And this week I wanted to bring you three predictions and

takeaways that I have for 2023 as you start to map out your year ahead. All right? So I'm going to

keep this short and sweet because you guys, you've got some notes to take, some journaling to do,
