important recently saw an article in fast company that highlighted some new research

and I want to just underscore the importance of soft skills people skills for the future.

Automation artificial intelligence robotics in other words all the technology advances

that we're seeing now and that will come and it's just going to keep getting more space

to see you know what I mean it's just going to feel like we're living way out in the

future is going to keep coming.

But the fact is we've said this on the show.

The research shows that despite all of that people skills the ability to communicate and

connect with people will be more important than ever and it's true because the machines

if you will or technology will become so intertwined into our life even more so than

now which is hard to believe.
