And in this episode, we are going to discuss the three reasons why any diet works.

And what I mean by this is we're going to discuss the three underlying factors that drive health improvements or weight loss or any results, positive results you see from anyone adopting a new dietary pattern.

So when someone goes vegan or carnivore or they do whole 30 or they follow the medical

medium protocol and they experience health improvements, it's going to be because of the three

things that we're going to discuss today. And the reason that I want

to discuss this is because, in my opinion, it's really important to understand the why. A lot of

times we get caught up in seeing people experience health improvements by changing their diet.

And we think that we need to follow the diet that they're following in order

to get results. And what we have to understand is that the reason they are getting results is because

the diet that they're following now is better in some way. And one of the three ways that we're

going to discuss today than the diet that they were following before. And that doesn't mean that if you adopt their

diet that they're following now, that's going to lead to the same health improvements for you.

Because when you adopt a new diet, number one, you're a different person. But number two,

the change in your dietary habits when you go from what you're doing now to this new

dietary approach is going to be different

than the change that this other person experienced because their baseline starting point was
