Well, you know, finally, my dad, before he passed away,

had given me a piece of advice.

The last piece of advice that he would ever give me while he was alive. And it was to stop waiting around. To stop waiting around. And if there's something you want, to ask for it, and if you don't get it, to move on. Now, at the time, he was talking about something professionally, but he passed away. not too long after that. And I decided to

extract every single bit of wisdom I could find out of that last piece of advice, every single bit.

Every single bit. And I started applying it to everywhere in my life to stop waiting around around. What are those things that you know you need to do that you've been putting off, huh? What are you waiting for? Would now be a good time to get started? What are you waiting for? If not now, when? Huh? I started asking myself these questions. When am I going to do it? When am I going to make the change? When am I going to lose all this weight, right? How about you? When? What are you going to do? When are you going to start getting out of your way and start guiding yourself to the life and body of your dreams, huh? Now, hopefully you listen to the last few episodes of the podcast.

What we've got to talk about is what are the three things that apply to everybody and everyone needs to work on if you want to lose weight and keep it off, especially if you get a hundred pound journey.

Look, if you have a hundred pound journey journey you didn't gain that for no reason there's a reason it's there and i'm willing to bet that for many of you just are like me many of you are like me i'm sure and this first thing is something that you're gonna maybe even be resistant to doing. You may not even want to do it. And some of you may even when you hear me say this, you'll be, well, I already do that? I'm like, but do you? Why don't you just double check yourself? You got nothing to lose, right? So here's the first thing you need to stop doing if you want to lose all your weight and keep it off you need to stop doing this you need to stop avoiding your feelings you need to stop avoiding and running away from your feelings your feelings are
