| 1:20.0 | Mastery simply means that you are taking over from something that has been overwhelming you in your past. |
| 1:30.0 | So you are mastering something within yourself that has been largely unconsciously led for a very long time. |
| 1:39.0 | And I look at my past personally along with the people that I've worked with in the last 12 years. |
| 1:47.0 | And I've really narrowed it down to the most important things that you must begin mastering within yourself to heal anxiety for good. |
| 1:57.0 | Notice that I'm not saying coping with your symptoms or babysitting your anxiety or staying within the realm of the addiction to suffering |
| 2:07.0 | or the addiction to anxiety, which a lot of people don't recognize that they are in. |
| 2:12.0 | They are in the cycle of the addiction to anxiety and the stress hormones that come with it because it's been so familiar for so long. |
| 2:22.0 | And here we are looking for change. |
| 2:26.0 | And finally making a decision saying, I no longer want this in my life. |
| 2:31.0 | However, a lot of people tend to go a certain distance progress wise, but not the full way because they are not willing to sacrifice everything that they need to sacrifice in order to put anxiety behind them for good. |
| 2:51.0 | Now this could mean lifestyle things. This could mean past associations. This could mean certain emotional states. This could mean certain wordings that you use on a daily basis. |
| 3:02.0 | It's very, very important to understand that it's more important to unlearn rather than relearn because when you do start unlearning things that have been perpetuating your anxiety, you automatically start learning anyway. |
| 3:18.0 | So let's dive deep into these three things. And I hope that you've already taken some big steps forward to master these things in your life already. |
