Today I want to share some of the things that I take on a regular basis that are really helping


me to achieve this internal and external goal of that you see and I'm sharing this because I guess


it's true like people when they see me they don't or they find it hard to believe I keep hearing this over and over I'm not saying this for vanity sake I'm just being real with you


When they see me I hear a lot when I tell people my age which I am officially 48 as of August. So I'm almost 50 y'all.


When people see me they find that hard to believe and some people even say that


they thought I was maybe in my mid to late 30s. I don't know if they're lying about that child.


Now I don't know if they put an extra on it but that's what some people say.


Like they find it hard to believe that I'm almost 50 years old and I really feel like I think
