Morning, everybody. Welcome along to your free podcast for today being Thursday the 17th of September.

Do you know, I do feel, I seriously feel inside that over the past, you know, year, two years,

something like that, the program has actually got better. I know it's, I know it's an odd thing to say,

but the audience has grown phenomenally. It has. I mean, I think it does sound as though it's very comfortable in the way

it sits in everything now. I know, you know, occasionally people say, oh, you don't take phone calls.

I thought, well, we haven't taken phone calls for years. We don't do it because what we do is we give

the comprehensive rundown of the papers. We do the annihilation of the third-rate celebrities,

which goes down very well, chatting to you and hearing what you say,

we're absolutely on the button. Occasion gets some loony who sort of says, oh, I don't think

you're very nice about Jima Collins. And you think, well, who cares? You know, she ain't going to be

suing any time soon. Put it this way, she is, fat, and she hasn't got any talent, so there you go. And anyway, she turned up the other day. She reckons at Juice Boot Camp, and that's what she's flogging. She lost three stone. Well, she's still

vastly overweight. She's still got ridiculous hair. She still looks a bit stupid. And as I say,

she's tried every trick to lose weight. No, she's freely admitted. I've got evidence on

interviews. I can't lose weight. I can't lose way. This time she has to go to Portugal. About five grand this is. To lose three stone in a month. This is dangerous. Ask any doctor. They'll tell you that the required amount of loss should be about two pounds a week. That's what it should be. Otherwise, we've had people before, you know, these sort of juice things that can measure.

Strange, isn't it? She's still got big fat legs and a big fat face.

Now, she sort of, she hasn't lost that much weight. I don't believe she's lost three stone.
